This is for a Work at Home position. Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities

Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
?onnect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues or concerns
?scalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions and more.
?almly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
?rack all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
?rovide feedback on call issues

?ilingual Spanish/English required
?igh School Diploma or GED required
?ust be over 18 years of age
? months customer service experience minimum
? months Call Center experience, preferred
?bility to type 25 wpm
?omfort with desktop computer system
?roven oral & written communication skills
?ogical problem-solving skills
?vailability to work various shifts
?bility to use Windows operating systems
?rganization and work prioritization skills
?ble to work independently
