Associate Benefits Analyst - Remote Work Compliance
Description:
?esearch and analyze leave, retirement, and benefit programs across U.S. states for compliance.
?dentify reliable sources of legal and regulatory information regarding benefits programs.
?aintain up-to-date knowledge of state-specific leave, retirement, and benefit regulations.
?repare reports and presentations summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership.
?ollaborate with internal HR teams to create actionable plans for addressing compliance gaps.
?rovide training and education to employees on program changes.
Requirements: ? Bachelor? degree or equivalent demonstrated experience. ?trong understanding of federal and state-level employee benefits regulations, including FMLA, state-mandated leave programs, and retirement plan requirements. ?trong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. ?roven ability to perform detailed research and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex regulations. ? self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. ?xcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and presentations for various audiences. ?roficient in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and other databases. ?xperience with Workday is a plus. ?ighly collaborative and interpersonally effective.
