KEY RESPONSBILITIES:
Enabling Business Strategies
?ou will assist with designing and executing creative talent solutions that impact business and employee experience, such as organization transformation, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning and development, retention initiatives and so on.
?ou will integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and CoE functional partners such as Talent Acquisition, Organization and Talent Solutions, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and HR Operations to help facilitate talent-led solutions.
?ou will maintain headcount tracking and day to day headcount management.
?ou will champion company-wide initiatives, events as required.
?ou will exercise familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions.
?ou will understand the basics in how to navigate while working in a complex and matrix organization.

?ou will coach and influence business leaders to take a long-term view to engage and retain top talent, while building morale, productivity and organization effectiveness

?ou will serve as a credible partner and ?one stop shop? for employees to voice concerns, ask questions and request assistance.
?ou will provide advice to employees on the appropriate interpretation and application of HR policies, processes, and practices.

?ou will support employees in finding how to access tools and documents that provide information about policies and practices for the Company.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
?ostgraduate or graduate in HR or Psychology
?+ years of experience as an HRBP/ COE experience
?xperience of working in high growth, disruptive industries
