This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures alignment with business objectives while mitigating risks and maintaining high-quality standards.  Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including software implementations, system integrations, and infrastructure initiatives - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations - Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria - Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution - Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and vendors - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) - Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation - Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives - Ensure successful project delivery and transition to operations/support teams  Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience managing projects - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools - Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills  Preferred Qualifications - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification - Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects  Key Skills - Leadership and team coordination - Risk management and problem-solving - Strategic thinking and decision-making - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities  Work Environment - Typically works in a remote environment - May require coordination across multiple time zones - Occasional extended hours during critical project phases   Additional Information: About Archer’s Culture and Work Environment~ Our people, team collaboration and dynamic leadership is the centerpiece of our great culture and the reason for Archer’s 25 years of success.
