Our HR team is dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, diversity, and inclusion, and we are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Los Angeles or New York City. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive strategic talent development and management initiatives across our organization. You will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes through HR initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, working closely with internal partners and clients to build effective working relationships and drive business outcomes. * Proactively evaluate business and organizational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive action through a consultative, "impact without power" approach. * Mentor leaders on HR strategies, processes, and management issues, including talent planning, learning and development, employee engagement and retention, and performance management to promote a culture of continuous growth and innovation. * Drive innovation and adaptability in our work by demonstrating flexibility, agility, and a willingness to take calculated risks. * Provide expert HR guidance and support to leaders and employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner. * Analyze HR data and trends, presenting insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives. * Collaborate with talent acquisition and compensation partners to ensure effective recruitment and retention strategies, and to drive business outcomes through HR initiatives. * Utilize knowledge of individual and organizational dynamics to drive onboarding, talent management, internal mobility, and overall team development. * Partner with DEI and employee resource groups to implement and measure the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. * Evaluate talent capabilities and development needs, working with learning partners to design and deliver development experiences that close gaps between current and future capabilities. * Lead organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, or processes that drive speed and efficiency and support rapidly changing business needs. * Collaborate with other HR colleagues to foster a positive work environment, and to work together on projects and initiatives across various teams within arenaflex. **Required Capabilities and Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or media organization working with software development or product teams. * Experience working with senior leaders in an "impact without power" role. * Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity, addressing issues that may not always have a clear process or framework in place, and potentially with conflicting needs or perspectives. * Strong business acumen with a keen ability to process new information quickly. * Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with diverse stakeholders to drive business results. * Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to quickly interpret data, identify trends, and suggest solutions. * Autonomous work style, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal management. * Bachelor's degree from a accredited college, ideally in Business, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant work experience. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, financial, and other perks. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment and media industry. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse and talented team. * Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career growth. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the organization. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application today.
