You can also check our magazine.    The opportunity We're hiring a full-time, Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support data entry and reconciliation of all transactions within our Finance and Accounting team. This person in this position is responsible for handling data entry accurately and efficiently, taking care of the preparation of invoices, reconciliation of payments, and issuing statements of account. This role also involves maintaining filing and record systems.   Your responsibilities Under the guidance of our Director of Finance, you will:  - Administer the timely preparation of client invoices in accordance with client contract agreements. - Coordinate with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely submission of subcontractor invoices and employee expense claims required for time and material invoicing. - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied transactions. - Calculate, prepare, and issue documents related to accounts, such as bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements. - Code, total, batch, enter, verify, and reconcile time and material invoicing. - Respond to Project Manager inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and solve problems. - Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining paperless filing and record systems. - Assist the Corporate Accounting and Reporting Manager in monthly account statement reviews and analysis. - Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records. - Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws, reporting requirements, and industry trends. - Perform other duties as required. What you bring to the team - Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in accounting. - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a multi-currency/international organization. - Knowledge of accounting rules, practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements. - Proven ability to calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records. - Familiarity with payment regulations and fair credit practices. - High ethical standards for handling confidential information and monetary transactions. - Experience in preparing financial reports and performing account reconciliations. - Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel. - Ability to adapt to and learn new software, such as Deltek Vantagepoint.  We're looking for someone who - Enjoys a challenge  - Has superior oral and written communication skills  - Has strong organizational skills  - Can manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight timelines  - Can work independently and within teams  - Welcomes coaching and feedback  - Is an avid learner and keeps their skills sharp  - Is detail-oriented  - Is fluently bilingual English and French This will set you apart from other candidates - Experience in a multi-currency international organization - Demonstrated problem identification and problem resolution skills Support for you, professionally and personally We’re not just about work—we’re about growth, impact, and meaningful connections.
