About the role:
Are you ready to take the next step with a career change at TQL? As an Account Representative, your job will be to further develop business on the sales floor. You will focus on maintaining existing accounts while helping close new business alongside full truckload brokers in your aligned location for your specific mode of transportation. You will be your team? subject matter expert on your mode of transportation, handling these shipments accordingly for the brokers and customers that you are working with.

What you?l be doing:
?ommunicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships
?anage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time
?ork with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
?nput, update, and manage shipment information in Load Manager
?ollaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
?ssist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
?ecome a subject matter expert for TQL? OMASS department
What you need:
?ollege degree preferred, but we have successful Account Representatives without one
?he determination to work harder than those around you
?xcellent communication and relationship building skills
?trong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict
?bility to work with the latest technologies
?n obsession for great customer service
? passion for the complexities of logistics, outside of FTL
