Duties and Responsibilities: ?nswering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. ?ocus of customer retention. ?roviding customers with the organization? service standards. ?dentifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management. ?outing inbound calls to the appropriate resources. ?ollowing up complicated customer calls where required. ?ompleting call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM. ?btaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries. ?ecording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. ?ther duties as assigned.
Requirements: ?igh School Diploma/GED ?ilingual a plus ?ome sales and customer service experience ?xcellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar. ?xcellent computer skills. ?etail-oriented with the ability to multitask. ?ome experience with MS Excel is a plus ?ble to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
