Key Responsibilities: ?onduct Front-facing virtual interviews on Zoom ?ssist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management. ?upport the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. ?aintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. ?oordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. ?ssist with onboarding new hires and ensuring all documentation is completed. ?rovide general support to the HR team and other departments as needed.

Qualifications: ?revious experience in an account management or recruitment role is preferred. ?onfident in your ability to speak English ?xcellent written and verbal communication skills. ?trong organizational skills and attention to detail. ?bility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ?roficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom and comfortable using various software tools. ? proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
