DUTIES
?onduct outbound calls structured protocol.
?ccurately capture details of each call made into a CATI system.
?ble to be on the phone for a full shift and be comfortable in making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints
?omplete all training activities
?ollow written communication scripts
?aintain standards for quality and production
?e receptive and quick to implement constructive feedback
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
?andidates must have a bachelor's degree or at least 4 years' work experience to be considered
?emonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
?emonstrated active listening skills and the ability to navigate the survey system while accurately entering data
?lear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
?omputer literacy skills including keyboard skills, ability to enter data accurately, and basic troubleshooting for using and accessing computer systems
?luent in reading and writing in English
?bility to work set schedule to meet project objectives which includes a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
?ours available are Monday through Friday 12pm to 8pm Eastern.
? set daily schedule of the same work schedule is preferred.
?bility to read scripted questions and responses verbatim
?rior experience as a survey research interviewer strongly preferred
?revious experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person is preferred
?xperience working with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
