About the roleAs a Working Student in Digital Marketing, you’ll support marketing automation and CRM management using HubSpot across our European markets. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in paid digital media, optimizing lead generation campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. You’ll work directly with our Senior Performance Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with campaign managers and our sales operations team. Your Key Tasks: Marketing automation & CRM (Primary Focus)Organize CRM data and assist with data managementGenerate performance reports in HubSpot to deliver insights on marketing and sales funnelsAnalyse user behaviour and campaign performance to inform strategyOptimize HubSpot workflows to support lifecycle and campaign goalsExplore HubSpot features and best practices to drive platform enhancementsPaid Media (Performance marketing) Suggest campaign optimizations using platform dataSet up A/B testing for ad creatives and audiencesIdentify and plan ad placements with relevant industry publishersEducation: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with a CRM system is a plus. Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
