Responsibilities • Set daily appointments for individuals, families, and owners. • Share videos about features and benefits of our membershi. • Manage appointments and confirm appointments. • Utilize customer relationship management systems for transactions, ensuring accurate processes. • Engage and follow up with potential members to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. • Maintain an organized environment that enhances the membership experience. • Train and mentor other business trainees in customer service best practices and retail skills. Requirements • Coachable • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases. • Familiarity with basic math concepts for cash handling and retail transactions. • Proven experience in sales, merchandising, and customer service roles. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent initiative. • Knowledge of POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.
