Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems, online tools, and basic software applications (Microsoft Office, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable navigating multiple systems and processes simultaneously. Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage. Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus. Working Hours: Full-time and part-time positions are available. Flexible shifts available, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate varying schedules. This is a remote position; all work will be performed from home.
