Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
