Virtual Assistant, HubSpot CRM and Apollo.io Expert
Description: • Implement and support outreach system for veteran-owned employee benefits company • Import and manage contacts in HubSpot (CSV provided) • Configure HubSpot pipeline stages and workflows (48-hour follow-ups, escalation triggers) • Sync HubSpot and Apollo.io and load outreach sequences (templates provided) • Upload training docs, battle cards, and playbooks to Google Drive • Set up dashboards in HubSpot and Google Data Studio to track activity and revenue • Follow Final Implementation Kit ZIP and VA Handoff Memo deliverables and timeline • Complete implementation within 3 days and meet success criteria Requirements: • Junior Level experience tier • MIN.
