**Job Description:**
As a Disney Vacation Planner, you will provide personalized planning services to individuals and families looking to experience the magic of Disney destinations worldwide. This role involves detailed coordination and creative planning, ensuring each Disney vacation is as magical and seamless as possible.
In this position, you will engage directly with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their interests, preferences, and budget. You will use your extensive knowledge of Disney products, including theme parks, resorts, cruises, and special events, to tailor each trip to meet and exceed guest expectations. Your goal will be to create detailed itineraries that provide a stress-free and enchanting Disney experience for all guests.
Your responsibilities will include managing booking reservations, providing accurate information about Disney destinations, and upselling additional services such as dining plans and photo packages. You will need to keep up-to-date with any changes in Disney offerings, including seasonal events and promotions, to provide the most current and relevant information to clients.
**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
2. Proven experience in customer service or travel planning.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
6. Passion for Disney products and a good understanding of the brand.
7. Familiarity with reservation software and phone systems.
8. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
9. Ability to manage sensitive and personal information with confidentiality and discretion.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Provide high-quality customer service to potential and existing clients.
2. Create customized vacation packages based on client needs and preferences.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney destinations, promotions, and products.
4. Manage travel reservations and bookings efficiently.
5. Address and resolve client issues throughout the booking process and post-booking.
6. Upsell additional services and experiences to enhance the vacation experience.
7. Conduct follow-up communications with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
