About the Role You’ll be the organizational backbone for our client’s US e-commerce operations—handling purchase orders, product listings, and returns with laser focus. Your work will directly influence what customers see, when they get it, and how smoothly things move behind the scenes. Your Key Responsibilities: • Maintain item listings: categories, pricing, descriptions, UPCs. • Enter seasonal and fill-in POs with correct docs. • Approve or deny vendor freight requests. • Coordinate returns and mis-ship resolutions. • Update calendars for PO ship dates and retirements. • Monitor contest reporting and daily transfer emails. • Support other special merchandising projects. Requirements About YOU • You’re detail-oriented, fast, and accurate. • Excel? You can VLOOKUP in your sleep. • Retail math doesn’t scare you (turn, margin, sell-through). • You’ve got solid time management skills and love a good checklist. • You’re flexible, tech-savvy, and pick up new systems quickly. About YOUR Work History • You’ve worked with POs, inventory, or e-comm back-ends before. • You’re familiar with merchandising tools or ERP systems like NetSuite or JDA. • You’ve juggled multiple deadlines and never let anything fall through the cracks.
