UKG Lead analyst - SSTech LLC

UKG Lead analyst Client:KrogerRemoteThe UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst will play a key role in delivering critical MyTime Projects in FY2025. This role will focus on leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems, supporting the design and implementation of new solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows that power enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. The Lead Analyst will act as both a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. Required QualificationsProven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with hands-on functional and technical experienceStrong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshootingExperience working with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platformsAbility to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutionsStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (product, project management, vendors, etc.)Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environmentsExposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integration WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines. Expertise preferredPreferred QualificationsUKG certifications in Workforce Management (WFM Pro)Experience delivering Sage implementations or similar ERP/time solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesLead integration efforts to connect UKG WFM Pro with internal and external systems, ensuring scalable and secure API solutionsPartner with UKG, IBM, and stakeholders to design, review, and approve system integrations, including Sage implementationTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues while driving continuous improvements in efficiency and reliabilityProvide expert guidance on UKG/s API capabilities and best practices, performing fit-gap analysis to recommend solutionsCollaborate with Product, Project Management, and vendor teams to deliver UKG-specific milestones for MyTime projectsSupport AI/ML initiatives by enabling workforce data integrations for advanced analyticsEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
