Job Description
Tesla is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Social Media Customer Support team. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences through social media interactions. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a superior level of service that aligns with our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or virtual environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex products and services.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and issues through social media channels promptly and professionally.
Monitor social media channels to identify customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Tesla products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.
Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed and relevant support.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
Experience in social media management or engagement is highly desirable.
