Role Overview We’re looking for a Goal-driven, strategic, and tech-literate Business Developer to help expand our footprint across the UK and key global markets. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sustainable business growth, developing strategic client partnerships, and positioning Kupa Global’s TaaS offering as the go-to solution for scaling technology teams globally. This role requires someone who can engage confidently with technical decision-makers particularly CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Founders and articulate how Kupa’s talent solutions align with their long-term hiring strategy and innovation goals. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients in the UK, as well as internationally across EMEA, APAC, and India Develop and execute strategic outbound growth plans targeting tech-led organisations and high-growth startups Build and maintain long-term relationships with key technical stakeholders (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Product Leads) Effectively pitch Kupa Global’s Talent-as-a-Service model as a scalable, cost-effective, and strategic hiring solution Understand client hiring roadmaps and translate their business needs into actionable, long-term talent strategies in collaboration with our delivery team Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and strategic onboarding experience Represent Kupa Global in online events, industry panels, and client engagements, serving as a brand ambassador in target markets Requirements 3 - 6+ years’ experience in business development, client partnerships, or B2B sales within the tech, recruitment, or TaaS space Proven ability to sell into CTO/CXO-level stakeholders with a consultative and strategic approach Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering team structures, and software development terminology Experience in developing business across the UK as well as developed markets (US experience is a plus) Familiarity with outsourced tech talent models, RPO, or remote team strategies Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in presenting strategic solutions to senior stakeholders Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-cultural team Benefits Base salary and performance-based commission structure Remote-first culture with flexibility, autonomy, and ownership of your region Work with a diverse, global team on strategic, high-impact projects Access to a fast-growing portfolio of clients in the UK and internationally The opportunity to influence the direction of our commercial strategy and market expansion About the company At Kupa Global, we connect exceptional talent to remote roles in Europe from Africa.
