Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Assistant to perform administrative and office support activities for the Program Management Office. As a Technical Assistant, you will work on assignments that are complex in nature in a classified environment, coordinate activities with internal and external clients, and provide guidance and direction to other personnel within the organization. Key Responsibilities Work on assignments that are complex in nature in a classified environment Coordinate activities with internal and external clients Contact personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports Determine processes to handle routing assignments or new assignments and projects Provide guidance and direction to other personnel within the organization Prepare, maintain, and control electronic or paper records Handle all logistics for seminars and external meetings Perform administrative and office support activities for the Program Management Office Field telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, generate meeting notes, create spreadsheets and presentations, and file documents Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: High School diploma/GED and five (5) years' experience of hands-on administrative support Two (2) years' experience in the following categories: working on complex projects, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be an experienced user of Microsoft suite of products, proficient in PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing, English, History, Communications, or a related field Experience working in a government or military environment Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices Experience with project management tools and software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth and Development At AT&T, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $84,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
