About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Logistics Interstate and Express Team.In this role, you will:Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partnersLocation: 141954-NC-Distribution Utility Center, CharlotteThis position does not offer relocation assistanceRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Understanding of transportation modes; interlining, LTL, truckload, independent contractor, FedEx, UPS, DHLExperience with 3rd party managementProficiency in SQL and/or SAS and Data visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BIKnowledge of StormKnowledge of issue managementStrong attention to detailExperience working closely with senior and executive leadershipAbility to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendationsProficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to construct PowerPoint presentations for executive communicationsOutstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesJob Expectations:Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each weekAvailable to support across multiple time zones as necessaryPosition is not eligible for a VISAPosting End Date: 8 Sep 2025*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
