Role: Spectrum, AKIPS, Stateseeker EngineerLocation: Melbourne, FL (Primary) / Dallas Frisco, TX / Cary, NCMode: Contract Job Description:Tools Expertise: Administer, configure and maintain AKIPS, Spectrum and Sate seeker toolsDeep understanding of SNMP, ICMP, and network protocols. Monitoring & Customization: Experience with device onboarding, Installing, configuring, alarm/event customization, and performance tuning. Develop and maintain monitoring policies, thresholds, and alert mechanisms, tools upgrade and platform enhancements. Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrations involving ServiceNow, Splunk, and CA Performance Management. Infrastructure Management: Capable of managing and configuring high availability setups, scaling ,backup strategies, and fault tolerance. Scripting & Automation: Ability to implement custom scripts and policy changes for monitoring optimization. Ability to lead tool upgrades/migrations and platform enhancements Manage Spectro Servers, OneClick servers, landscape management, and fault tolerance configurations. Ability to understand complex architecture and applicationsManage Spectro Servers, OneClick servers, landscape management, and fault tolerance configurations. Handle device certifications, MIB imports, and custom model development.
