Requirements

Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
