Salary: P90,000-P110,000 (Salary Package)Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for? Skills Required:Minimum of 3 years' experience in SEO, preferably within the news or publishing industryStrong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practicesProficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Experience with content management systemsExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related areas. Experience with Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies and understanding of AI-driven search engines. Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and other advanced SEO techniques. What will you do? Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our content and audiencePerform on-page optimisation, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linkingExecute technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance, crawlability, and indexation. Collaborate with editorial, commercial and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website development. Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
