Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and content optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to ensure maximum visibility and relevance for targeted keywords. Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience. Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and broken links to improve overall site health and performance. Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain current and effective. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, web development, and design, to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives. RequirementsKey Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
