Job Responsibilities As a Senior Supply Chain Management Operations Data Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business intelligence and strategic decision-making in our Supply Chain Department. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing complex data using techniques such as data mining, data modeling, and cost or gain analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights Designing and creating data visualizations in Tableau or other visualization tools to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of internal and external customers Creating and optimizing processes for data analysis and reporting to ensure high-quality deliverables Providing subject matter expertise and data extraction, collection, integration, and analysis from multiple data sources Developing streamlined data blending and manipulation workflows to reduce manual processes Supporting the SCM Department and internal customers by providing reporting, analysis, dashboard development, and alertness development Collaborating with team members and across departments on strategic projects Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Advanced-degree experience in analytical, data science, or data-centric environments Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture Experience with data evaluation and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data management tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata Knowledge of ETL functionality and data warehousing principles Experience with leading medium-scale enterprise projects Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision and meet customer timelines Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain management principles Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.
