Job Posting Title: Senior Sales Manager - Disney Destinations Sales Solutions Req ID: 10097862 Job Description: About the Role & Team: As a Senior Sales Manager, you will manage client relationships to drive revenue for Disney Destinations. These destinations include Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. This includes developing and driving sales & marketing plans. You will partner with a wide range of internal Disney Destinations departments, as well as contacts throughout the clients' organizations, to ensure a smooth operational process in support of sales, reservations, and payments. You will engage in contracting, (IT) system solution discussions, and any other opportunity development to enhance the account performance. Come join this outstanding team! This is a Full-Time position. As a Senior Sales Manager for Disney Destinations Sales & Solutions, you will report to the Travel Industry Sales Director. What You Will Do: Connect with... external clients, including executives and other leaders, drawing upon leadership experience, business knowledge, and Disney Destinations insights, to both understand client goals/needs and drive Disney Destinations sales Strategically build and nurture client relationships to drive incremental business across multiple lines of business/products including Walt Disney World Resort & Disneyland Resort tickets & rooms and Aulani rooms Show ability to illuminate the Disney Destinations Portfolio within a driven 3rd party distribution channel Identify and position unique business propositions by clients to increase revenue growth Influence key contacts at all levels within each account organization on marketing and sales initiatives to advance business goals Be able to identify business needs and client's that can respond to the ever-evolving Disney products and technology opportunities Collaborate with internal & external value chain partners on sales and marketing strategies while serving as liaison to represent sales needs Communicate product updates and sales training to clients Analyze and forecast business results to meet revenue goals within assigned portfolio Implement annual contracts and ensure compliance Explore and develop new and creative distribution points, markets, and business opportunities Required Qualifications & Skills: At least five years of sales/marketing experience, with preferably three years of e-commerce experience Ability to read digital marketing/sales reports including impression, click thru rates, view thru rates, and conversion levels for display ads, social media, and CRM tactics Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal, account management, and verbal/written communication skills Proven track record to work independently and as part of a team Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Additional Information: Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
