About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, Global Recognition, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of recognition at Starbucks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain recognition projects that amplify the partner experience. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our partners and contribute to the Starbucks culture. Key Responsibilities Own the overall operations of the partner recognition program, including defining and delivering program operations, and assisting with platform management, improvements, features, and functionality. Collect partner feedback and ideas to influence future projects and ensure the recognition program delivers on the partner experience. Work cross-functionally between programs to anticipate needs and ensure alignment. Partner with vendors in the continued design, implementation, and sustainment of recognition projects. Perform core project management duties, including guiding projects through formal approval and funding gates, developing project plans, and managing project execution. Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading work streams that include high-performing, globally distributed teams. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for driving best-in-class experiences that increase partner engagement. Experience working across business units and functional lines to create a cohesive working team, build relationships, and deliver on project goals. Excellent communication, organizational, time, and self-management skills. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 1-2 years of project management experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience in recognition or rewards programs. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Experience working in a global, remote environment.
