Senior Manager, Analytic Consultant - National Accounts

We are looking for a results-driven, collaborative and dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry. You should also have a strong understanding of national account management and a proven track record of delivering impactful insights to drive business outcomes. Lead a team of analytic consultants to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to national account clients. Develop and implement data analytic strategies to support business growth and drive innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improve business outcomes. Use strong data analytics skills to analyze and interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders. Shape the strategic direction of the business by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in data analytics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies. Partner with national account managers to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions. Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality in all data analytics deliverables. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain data analytics tools and systems.
