Senior IT Support Specialist

This is a remote position. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm WST with 1 hour unpaid break. Client Timezone: Perth, Australia (AWST) Scope: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Remote work arrangement Direct client-facing technical support Involvement in automation and development projects Opportunity for continuous learning and skill development Responsibilities: Provide level 2-3 IT support services for managed service clients Work with Microsoft-based technologies including Azure, Office 365, and Intune Develop and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations Handle complex technical issues that require senior-level expertise Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery Requirements 5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune) Experience with automation and integration development Cybersecurity knowledge and experience Level 2-3 technical support capabilities Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: HMO coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
