About the Role We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Baby Child Care (BCC) business at H-E-B, one of our most strategic customers. As a Senior Customer Business Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a joint business plan that drives sales, growth, and profitability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including category management, finance, shopper marketing, and digital engagement to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of an Omni-channel Joint Business Plan (JBP) that drives financial growth and metrics Collaborate with K-C and H-E-B teams to develop and execute best-in-class distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising (DPSM) programs Develop and deliver insights and plans that drive share growth and execute national plans Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and develop corrective actions to achieve JBP goals Streamline and simplify processes to focus on high-value activities Identify opportunities to drive strategic priorities, such as line reviews, JBP, and innovation summits About You You're a high-performing sales professional with a passion for driving business growth and delivering results. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of progressive exempt status experience in sales, business, customer management, and customer development Proficient in customer, category, and trade management Preferred Qualifications CPG industry experience and K-C customer/retailer account experience, ideally with H-E-B Proven record of exceeding sales objectives Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand experience, and shelf reset experience Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in sales, building excellent relationships, and excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills Results and strategy orientation, business intuition, ethical judgment, and decision-making Mentoring, networking, resource management, prioritization, and time management What We Offer At Kimberly-Clark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your overall wellbeing.
