Senior Cloud Application Optimization/Platform Engineer (JOB ID 1596) - OneSparq

OneSparQ is looking for a Senior Cloud Application Optimization/Platform Engineer or a global data analytics company based out of Atlanta, GA. This is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native applications using Cosmos DB, AKS, and ADLS. Lead efforts in index build, compression/decompression, and application performance tuning in Cosmos Strong Java development experienceUtilize tools such as VisualVM, Azure Insights, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring and diagnostics. Architect and manage blue/green deployments, versioning strategies, and code promotion workflows. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, JFrog, Helm Charts, and Docker. Collaborate on network architecture, resource group management, and infrastructure provisioning. Drive data ingestion and logging strategies across platforms. Analyze and optimize cost metrics, log analytics, and Azure alerts to ensure efficient scaling.
