ARSIEM is looking for a Senior AIGG Strategist to support the Instructional Design team. This position will support one of our Government clients in Columbia, MD. Minimum Qualifications Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Degree in Policy that is also technicalMin 10 years with a Master's, Min 12 years with a Bachelor'sAI Concepts, including AI governance, ethical frameworks, and federal guidelines such as EO 14179, OMB M-25-21, and NSM framework. M-25-21, and NSM Framework. Familiarity with AI use case validation, data assurance, and human-machine teaming principles relevant to national security. Ability to adapt workflows, develop new processes, and contribute to organizational maturation in a newly established governance body. The ability to analyze information and assess threats using critical thinking, understand complex problems, and develop effective solutions. Strategic planning, developing strategies and plans, including long-term objectives and resource allocation. Operate effectively in a dynamic, high-stakes mission environment with evolving requirements, under limited supervision. The ability to analyze and validate the needs of system users. Including Strong Communication, Problem Solving, and Teamwork. Analyzing information and assessing threats using critical thinking. Developing comprehensive strategies and plans, including long-term objectives and resource allocation. Additional Information Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U. S. citizen for consideration.
