Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with order placements, questions about shipping, sizing, order status, and product availability.
Help with returns and exchanges, resolve issues, and place outbound calls to support customers.
Contribute to increased sales by delivering friendly and effective communication.
Monitor orders to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicates or fraud.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
Typing speed of 25+ words per minute.
Ability to handle incoming phone calls with professionalism.
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Sunday to Saturday).
Comfortable using computers and navigating web-based environments with multiple browser windows.
Strong communication skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
Dedicated, distraction-free home office.
Reliable home computer (not a tablet or cell phone) with internet speeds of 5mbs or higher.
Positive, outgoing personality with a preference for independent work.
A Windows laptop or desktop computer (no Chromebooks, iMacs, or Macbooks).
