Vistex AnalystLocation: Remote (must work East Coast hours, 8–5 ET)Start: ASAP (ideally before mid-September for knowledge transfer)Type: Long-term contract (potential for contract-to-hire)Number of Openings: 2Role 1: Focused on rebates – supports multiple business units, lives entirely in incentivesRole 2: Focused on contracts and pricing – includes 3rd party pricing, chargebacks, etc Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teamsDocument requirements, expectations, and user scenarios (not functional specs)Support UAT: write test cases, guide execution, and translate business needs into actionable insightsTroubleshoot Vistex-related workflow issues in SAP ECC (rebates, chargebacks, contracts) and hand off to technical and functional teamWork with users who may struggle to articulate problems clearly. Strong translation and communication skills are essentialNo configuration or design work.
