Sales Support (AU Telco, WFH)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)What are we looking for? Skills Required:Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role. Strong understanding of the wholesale telecommunications industry is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite. What will you do? Utilize Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records of partner and customer interactions, sales activities, and order progress. Prepare quotations and respond promptly to requests for service from partners and customers. Serve as a key point of contact for partners and customers, addressing their needs and providing support to ensure satisfaction and mutual success. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Foster a solution-focused culture within the team, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations. Continually improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Process orders in Netportal to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales support activities. Provide support to the Sales Team in their efforts to drive sales and achieve targets.
