You’ll need to ensure that the transcriptions are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. Youll also assist with file organization and maintenance tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
2. Familiarity with transcription software.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe documents from various formats.
2. Proofread and verify accuracy of transcribed information.
3. Ensure timely completion of assignments.
4. Assist with file organization and document management tasks.
5. Communicate effectively with team members.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
7. Support other administrative tasks as necessary.
