As a Remote Therapist (Contractor), you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing for an optimal work-life balance. Key Highlights: • Competitive compensation: $45 per 45-minute therapy session and $75 per Intake Assessment • Flexible scheduling: create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best • 100% remote work: enjoy the benefits of working from any location • Collaborative environment: thrive in a supportive and inclusive team centered on making a positive impact Responsibilities: • Conduct therapy sessions via video, in-office, or safe in-home/community settings • Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system • Focus on therapy, with administrative tasks managed by our office staff Areas of Focus: • Anxiety, depression, and stress management • ADHD and behavioral issues • Anger management and emotional distress • Family dynamics and parenting challenges • Trauma, abuse, and neglect • Grief and bereavement • Self-esteem and identity exploration • Academic and career-related stress • Coping with chronic illness or financial hardships • Bullying, peer relationships, and adolescent challenges Requirements: • Active clinical license in Washington, D. C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.
