- Monitor and assess student progress continually, adjusting interventions and strategies as needed

### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Massachusetts state teaching certification in Special Education
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs
- Demonstrated proficiency in remote teaching and educational technology
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

### Education Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or equivalent

### Education Requirements Credential Category
- State teaching certification in Special Education issued by Massachusetts

### Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably with K-12 students
- Experience in a remote teaching environment is highly desirable
- Proven experience in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and educational professionals
