Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Experience in telehealth or remote care is a plus

Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
Responsibilities
Provide telephonic triage and health advice to patients
Coordinate care plans and follow-up appointments
Educate patients on their health conditions and treatment options
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EHR system
Participate in continuous education and training programs
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure in the state of residence
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Previous telehealth or remote care experience preferred
