Job Overview: Key Responsibilities As a Help Desk Technician, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless IT operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing desktop and laptop support, including break/fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user-level settings. Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and MacOS issues, as well as working with Office 365 and Active Directory. Investigating and remediating malware alerts, and assisting users with MFA enrollment. Utilizing our ticketing system to document, track, and escalate tickets, and maintaining up-to-date documentation in our knowledge base. Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service to clients, both remotely and onsite. Working a 4x10 schedule (Friday to Monday), with flexible shift timing during daylight hours. Requirements: Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of professional IT support experience. Working knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and MacOS. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 office suite. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include: Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services. Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS. A+ and/or Network+ certifications. Experience working with ticketing systems, particularly Autotask. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation (although remote work is primary).
