Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: Moderate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to learn new technology quickly. A commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period. The ability to pass a background check and health screening. A cable/fiber broadband internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite connections are not compatible). Preferred Experience While not required, previous experience in the following areas can be beneficial: Customer support or technical support roles. Group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. Call center environments. CRM systems and practices. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
