Position Summary As the Salesforce Administrator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and owning our Salesforce platform to include CRM setup, understanding the sales opportunity management process, learning our business objectives, and serving as the owner for platform improvements and optimization. The successful candidate will be familiar with lead and sales management processes, and integration of Salesforce with other business functions (i.e. Operations, Fulfillment, Support, and Finance). The Contribution: • Administration of Salesforce, including change management, governance, communicating priorities and manage all aspects of Salesforce related projects • Serve as the liaison for stakeholders at all levels. Translate technical and business information into sales professional terms • Lead user and license manager including new user setup/deactivation and management of roles, profiles, hierarchy/forecasting, permissions, public groups, and sharing rules • Administer configuration changes including: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports • Identify and gather requirements and translate those into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and industry best practices • Develop platform roadmap and define priorities • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed • Develop technical documentation and trainings • Deliver training to all end users; monitor and improve user adoption; communicate any changes made to the platform • Identify unused or underutilized platform features • Manage our sandbox environment • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including Salesforce Field Service, CPQ, DocuSign, Hubspot, etc. Ideal Profile: A highly energetic and customer focused individual who is knowledgeable about and/or interested in the transportation technology industry and business savvy to deliver state of the art cutting edge technology solutions for our customers. You bring to the organization the following: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification and Sales Operations related experience • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years and ideally 5+ years of hands-on experience with administration of Salesforce to include Sales Cloud, Field Service, and CPQ • Certified Salesforce Administrator strongly preferred • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes with a proactive attitude for enhancing the platform • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to be a liaison with stakeholders at all levels • Strong training skills including the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions • Confident to train in person and virtual end users • Experience in change management and governance • DevOps/release management experience • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Knowledge of triggers/Apex code PI200254106 Expected salary: Location: Washington DC Apply for the job now!
