Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Adept at conducting effective interviews and evaluating candidates. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
