This role offers the opportunity to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and organization of real estate data in a fast-paced and remote work environment. The position involves updating and maintaining client, transaction, and property records while supporting reporting and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies. This position plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to informed decision-making within the real estate business. Candidates who thrive in structured environments, enjoy working with databases, and take pride in precision will excel in this role. Accountabilities: • Accurately update and maintain real estate transactions, client information, and property data within the database. • Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in records. • Ensure compliance with privacy and data security regulations. • Support reporting and presentation creation using the data collected. • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties, including filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies as needed. • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. • Previous experience in data entry or a related field. • Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and procedures. • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office applications and data entry software. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective communication skills, especially when working remotely in a team environment. • Competitive hourly pay: $26.81–$29.97, based on experience and qualifications. • Opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule. • Supportive team environment emphasizing collaboration and accuracy. • Exposure to real estate data management and reporting tools. • Opportunity to develop skills in database management and administrative support.
