Key Responsibilities:Create and execute test cases to identify problems in mobile and web applicationsAnalyze bugs and errors found during testsDocument results of tests for the software development teamRecommend improvements in software to enhance the user experienceAbility to communicate effectively with Project Managers about the issues/bugs found during testingWork together with the software developers to enhance and improve applications as well as QA processes Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancementsSuggest solutions to identified product problemsCollect quality dataIdentify key KPIs for product qualityPrepare and present reports and metrics to Senior ManagementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related IT degreeA minimum of 3 years of experience in the same positionStrong knowledge in automated testing frameworks and testing toolsExceptional attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHave experience in Agile-SCRUM Team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills (English and Arabic)Originally posted on Himalayas Apply To this Job
