As a Product Test Analyst at Amazon Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products before they reach our customers. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
– Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
– Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
– Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements
– Identify, report, and track defects in a timely manner
– Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product specifications
– Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
– Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts
– Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide updates on testing progress
