Part-Time Remote Financial Manager & Admin Support (10–15 hrs/week) We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Financial Manager / Administrative Support Specialist to oversee a range of personal, business, and nonprofit financial operations. This is a flexible, part-time position (10–15 hours per week) supporting a small private office and nonprofit organization based in California. Remuneration is $20/hr and we are looking for a long term relationship Responsibilities • Manage family and business finances, including budgets, cash flow, and financial tracking • Oversee QuickBooks records and integration with Ramp services (oversight) • Project Manage tax and business filings for an LLC and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization • Maintain a compliance and deadlines calendar for all administrative and financial obligations • Support quarterly reporting processes • Coordinate with accountants, tax preparers, and other financial professionals • Monitor and help improve credit health and credit ratings • Assist with government document organization and administrative follow-up Qualifications • Highly detailed or perfectionist attitude for records and financial health • You must be able to structure yourself independently and meet only occasionally • Proven experience in financial management or bookkeeping, preferably with experience in California non-profits • Understanding of basic LLC and nonprofit (501c3) structural needs • Proficiency with QuickBooks (required) • Excellent self-organization, and communication skills • Familiar with USA credit systems, credit reports, and family budgeting • Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented • Used to working remotely with google docs and video conferencing Compensation & Schedule • $20/hour, part-time (10–15 hours per week) • Flexible schedule with remote work • Opportunity to grow with the role and expand responsibilities over time • Inspiring and impactful work environment If you’re financially savvy, creative, organized, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
