Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents Recommending process improvements where applicable Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services Schedule Requirements This part-time position requires you to be available for 20 hours per week, between the hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm. You must be able to work from the comfort of your own home and have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
